Every SikhArtStudio canvas print is handcrafted and printed on demand. We do not hold pre-manufactured inventory. This cuts down on storage waste and ensures that your artwork is printed fresh.
- Production Time: Stretched canvas printing and wooden frame manufacturing takes 2-4 business days.
- Delivery Sourcing: Through our local network partners, your order is printed in the closest regional printing facility. If you are in USA, it prints in California or Texas; in Canada, it prints in Toronto; in UK, it prints in London; in Australia, it prints in Sydney.
- White-Label Protection: The delivery boxes, packing materials, and labels are 100% branded as SikhArtStudio. We never disclose our print fulfillment partner's identity or credentials.
- Shipping Rates: Flat rate of $9.99 for all orders below $150.00. Free shipping applies automatically to all orders of $150.00 or more.
Returns & Replacements
Because all products are customized on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse (change of mind). However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction:
- Damaged in Transit: If your canvas or wood frame arrives damaged, chipped, or warped, take a photo and contact us immediately at support@sikhartstudio.com. We will ship a brand-new replacement free of charge.
- Incorrect Print: If the wrong size or wrong Guru/Scripture artwork was shipped, we will dispatch the correct listing immediately at zero charge.
GDPR & Privacy Policy
At SikhArtStudio, we respect your privacy. All user profile passwords are encrypted using strong `bcrypt` algorithms. We do not store raw card numbers on our server database; payment processing is completely delegated to Stripe PCI-DSS secure systems.
We only pass your shipping details (name, address, telephone) to our print fulfillment partner for order production and delivery. Under GDPR guidelines, you have the right to request full export of your account orders data or account deletion by emailing us.
